Temporary reduction in the excise duties on petrol, diesel and marked gas oil

Excise duty will reduce 20 cent/litre of petrol and15 cent/litre of diesel, with a 2 cent reduction on marked gas oil, and remain in place until the 31st of August 2022. These temporary reductions are expected to reduce the cost of a fill of a 60 litre tank by €12 for petrol and €9 for diesel.
