Inflation Relief Package 3

In the framework of its third package of urgent relief against high energy prices, the Austrian government announced targeted consumer-oriented measures for 2022, including : 

• a EUR 500 Climabonus voucher for households, and more particularly children and young people;
• a EUR 300 one-time payment for low-income citizens (minimum-level pensioners, social assistance beneficiaries, the unemployed and other vulnerable groups).

In addition, a EUR 110 million was enacted to support agricultural producers as they face rising energy prices.
