Resolution N°490 on requirements of the Air Pollution Control Programme for Motor Vehicles

This 2022 regulation sets conventional emission standards (PROCONVE 8), based on Euro VI standards. 
The standard will apply to all new road heavy-duty vehicles, from January 2022 for new vehicle models, and January 2023 for the rest of the industry. 

Depending on the vehicle, the emission limits range from: 
- 1,500 to 6,000 mg/kWh for CO emissions
- 400 to 690 mg/kWh for NOx emissions
